Call to Order: 3:35 p.m.

Approval of Minutes: Judy Smith made a motion to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Lula Henry seconded the motion, and it carried.

Old Business: none

New Business:

1. CPSC 4326:
   1. Remove the second part of the second sentence (regarding financial aid).
   2. Contact hours need to be 45.
   3. Clarify the pre-requisite (is the C in the Java class or this class?). The pre-requisite also needs to match on syllabus and form.
   4. There needs to be a grade range.
   5. The academic honesty policy needs revision to include more specifics regarding behaviors and penalties.
   6. The schedule needs more information.
   7. Judy Smith made a motion to send the class back. Paul Hemenway seconded the motion, and it carried.
2. CPSC 4327:
   1. Judy Smith made a motion to handle both CPSC classes as one since they shared the same issues. Nicki Michalski seconded the motion, and it carried.
3. FCSC 4320:
   1. The academic honesty policy needs to include consequences.
   2. Lula Henry made a motion to approve the course with changes. Judy Smith seconded the motion, and it carried.
4. FCSC 4325:
   1. There needs to be an academic honesty policy, Disability Resource Center statement and an academic continuity statement added. “Refer to handbook” is not sufficient.
   2. Eileen Curl made a motion to approve the course with changes. Judy Smith seconded the motion, and it carried.
5. MATH 2305:
   1. The pre-requisites need to match on the form and the syllabus.
   2. The syllabus needs to include office hours
   3. It needs to be clarified if the requirement is for a pre-requisite or co-requisite for calculus. Also, all pre-requisites need to be on the form.
   4. All pre-requisites need to be in one place on the syllabus.
   5. On the form it says 3311 but on the syllabus it says 3321. It needs to be clarified if they refer to the same thing or if they are two different remarks.
   6. Judy Smith made a motion to approve the course with changes. Lula Henry seconded the motion, and it carried.
