Call to Order: 3:40 p.m.

Approval of Minutes: Zanthia Smith made a motion to approve the minutes of the last meeting with the inclusion of the proxy voters. Boyd Lanier seconded the motion, and it carried.

INEN 4308

• The academic honesty policy needs to include consequences.
• There is an overlap that needs to be removed on the grading scale.
• The DRC title needs to be fixed.
• There is a typo in the second bullet under homework policy.
• Use the same language (choose either test or exam) in the grading information to eliminate confusion.
• Boyd Lanier made a motion to adopt the course with changes. Zanthia Smith seconded the motion and it carried.

NURS 4390

• The pre-requisites do not match on the form and syllabus.
• The online and on-campus courses must have the same pre-requisites.
• The new course description box needs to be completed.
• The office hours need to be on the syllabus.
• The five day requirement needs to be removed from the DRC policy.
• Use the current DRC policy.
• Nicki Michalski made a motion to send the course back for clarification regarding the different pre-requisites and corrections. Boyd Lanier seconded the motion, and it carried.
